Shopping for a printer can be unexpectedly overwhelming. Faced with too many choices and loaded with confusing tech jargon, customers often leave frustrated or empty-handed. Our team created Hello Perfect, a global retail platform designed to simplify the printer aisle and build shopper confidence.

We simplified the experience by grouping printers into three clear categories: Perfect for Home, Home Office, and Office. Each used distinct color coding and bold lifestyle imagery to signal the right fit. Messaging focused on human benefits, not specs—so shoppers could choose with confidence, not confusion.

After an overwhelming positive response from retailers around the world, HP gave us the assignment to re-do all of their printer packaging with the new color categorization and simplified copy approach.
