Turns out that switching cellular carriers can be scary.

So we created a light-hearted campaign that addressed fears that cause shoppers to stick with carriers they don’t even like,

Two big fears we confronted head on: The fear of not getting service inside: INSIDEPHOBIA. And the fear of overpaying; FOOP.
